How do I decide on what to do in life, if I have many careers in mind? Design? Teach? Dental? Broadcast? What?

I have went to school for various careers, but ended up dropping out. Why is that? I say that i didnt go back and finish bc its not meant for me. But i dont know what to think anymore. Im ready to go back to school, to make something of myself. I just dont know what it is that i want to do. I love kids so i thought of teaching. The one thing I do love about myself is my teeth so i thought about orthodontist. Im a county girl but love the city so I thought about fashion design (which is something I have always dreamed of doing.) I love HGTV so I thought about interior decorating. I love old historical or run down buildings so I thought about historical preservations (i believe that is what its called.) I have always thought it would be so cool and be a fun job to be a wedding planner, and after watching that movie it inspired me more. So this is why i dont know what to do with my life anymore. This is why i need help. So please HELP ME!!!!

At this point, instead of more education, you should probably try working in one of these fields in some capacity. It doesn’t matter if it’s an internship or maybe even some sort of volunteer work on the side, you need to experience whatever field you find interesting in a real world situation. If you still like it after a few months then think about going further with it.

Also consider this: Your hobby doesn’t necessarily make a good job. For some people the best way to drain the life out of something that they like is to make it their career. Are you that person? Are you willing to take that risk?
